Sapphire Textile Glance One of the largest manufacturers and exporters of textile products in Pakistan, Sapphire technology comes from Europe, Japan and USA. Capitalizing on the regions principal crop, cotton, we source this locally, and augment our offerings by providing imported fiber from the worlds best crops. We work with specialized fibers bringing in the newest innovations from major fiber and chemical producers, and our manufacturing from yarn to finished fabric is performed in our facilities in Pakistan. Synergies are formed with offshore garment manufacturing companies. Our products are marketed to the industry's biggest names in Asia, Europe, Australia, and North America. Major Customers

Cotton:

The most important component that determines the final quality of finished yarn is Cotton fibres. Technically sound cotton sourcing divisions procure highest standard quality cotton from the best cotton crop areas. American Pima, Australian, & other imported cotton is sourced internationally. Man-made fibres are procured from world-renowned manufacturers. Actively involved in training of cotton growers and ginners.

Each spinning plant is specialized to manufacture specific yarn count.

Products:

Product range consists of a variety of ring spun, compact spun, open end, dyed and bleached yarns in various counts. Along with basic cotton and PC yarns we also offer specialized yarns for niche market including MVS, Coolmax, Fortrel, Tencel, Modal, mlange, slub yarns and core spun Lycra yarns.

Moving with times and are inline with latest technology including compact spinning. Key product quality parameters stand amongst the top 5% of the world-class yarn manufacturing companies.

Dyed Yarns:

Specializes in versatile dyeing techniques including VAT, Reactive and Disperse. Can offer bleached yarns of desired absorbency.

These machines are equipped with state of the art electronic control systems capable of processing 10,000 kg yarn per day.

Production capacity is 5 million kg of yarn per month. The production is divided into 11 spinning plants. Dyed Yarns 150,000 kg/month.

Fibre bleaching capacity of 3500 Kg per day for surgical cotton

Weaving: Supported by in-house spinning facility, Sapphire has the potential to produce a variety of finest woven fabrics. Product mix ranges from light to heavy, narrow to wider width, plain, textured, twills, luxurious satins, dobby, jacquard, yarn dyed, mlange and stretch fabrics.

Capability: The three weaving plants are geared to produce 7 million yards fabric per month. Capable of producing fabrics of 39 to 126 on Tsudokoma Air Jet and 38 to 143 on Sulzer. Facility of producing dobby weaves on wider width Air Jet looms with 4-colour weft insertion. Backed up by state of the art yarn preparation technology. All machines are either of Japanese (Tsudakoma) or Swiss (Sulzer) origin. Sizing machine equipped with pre-wetting facility. A qualified partner of DuPont in producing Lycra products. Quality Assurance: Woven laboratories are geared up with latest testing equipment to conduct all key fabric quality parameters. Managed by skilled textile technologists assuring quality throughout production processes. 100% fabric inspection to prevent faulty fabric reaching the customer. Packing: Capability of delivering end product in pallet, roll and bale packing. Roll packing is primarily introduced to avoid shrinkage and crease marks.

Woven Dyeing and Finishing: Currently geared up to produce 2.73 million meters of quality dyed and finished apparel fabric per month. Catering to the ever growing demand of bottom weight fabric in narrow width upto 70%. Product: Serving market demand by producing quality fabrics in different weaves such as plain, canvas, twills, satin, rip-stop, ottoman and stretch fabrics. White and range of exciting colors, dyeing in reactives, vats and disperses to cater to the varying quality, performance and end-use related demands. Finishes: Finishing hardware and technical expertise can produce variety of popular finishes including, easy care wrinkle free water repellent soil release anti-microbial flame retardant silicone micro sanding peach finish

Quality Assurance: A quality lab is equipped to conduct all types of tests in accordance with American & European testing standards. Complete range of testing equipment from James H Heal & Atlas is available in the lab. Some of the properties for which fabric will be tested inhouse are strength, light fastness, pilling, abrasion, colour fastness, crocking, stretch & durability press rating.

Manufacturing: Versatile finishing facility capable of processing both tubular and open width fabrics. Specialize in body size knitting. Precise fabric development by using starfish software. Production capacity for knitting and dyeing fabric is 10,000 kg per day. Vertical integration of in-house yarn spinning enables efficient control over raw material, resulting in efficient lead-time. Capable of extending R&D support to customers for new developments and upgrading their existing products. Lycra assured by DuPont, to develop and manufacture stretch products. WRAP compliance by CSCC. Effluent treatment plant ensuring global environmental requirements with out put of 120.
