2. That the loan value of the aforementioned property is covered by mortgage amounting to __________________________________; 3. That this Bank/Financing institution shall accept direct payments made by the lot/unit buyers to be applied to the mortgage indebtedness of the corresponding lot/unit and full payment thereof. To release the individual title thereat; 4. That this Bank/Financing institution shall notify, the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board in case of the Mortgagors default to pay or settle his account or obligation; 5. That in case of an additional loan on the same project or a restructuring of loan, this Bank/Financing institution will cause the mortgagor to have his previous loan in current form; 6. That this Bank/Financing institution, will not accept the lot subject of Mortgage as collateral for any other loan pending settlement of the Mortgagors account; 7. That as an authorized officer of the above-mentioned mortgagee bank, I hereby undertake to partially release/cancel the mortgagee of fully paid lot(s) and unit(s) in said subdivision project, notwithstanding the nonpayment yet of the total mortgage loan incurred by the mortgagor; 8. This without prejudice to the release of the entire real property mortgaged upon full payment of the loan account; 9. That I am executing this Affidavit for and in behalf of the Bank/Financing institution attesting to the facts stated herein, in order to comply with the requirements of the HLURB and for all legal intent and purposes. 1. That I am the President of Kingsville Construction and Development Corp., a corporation duly organized, with office address at aforementioned: 2. That Kingsville Construction and Development Corp., is the registered owner of real estate property identified as Lot 1 Blk. 43, Pcs-04-011023, with an area of 10,398 sq. m., and covered by Transfer of Certificate of Title (TCT) No. 297745 which was developed as Forest Hills Residential Estate Ph. I-F situated at Brgy. Inarawan, Antipolo City;
3. The said property is mortgaged with China Banking Corporation; 4. That I shall notify the lot buyer of the said mortgage loan and that they shall be allowed to make direct payments to the mortgagee in the event that I default in my amortization to enable the said buyers to obtain title on the lot promptly after full payment thereof; 5.
