Chapter 1 Servitude As in the past, those born today will be born as servants into a nightmare world to serve those in Power. In the past slave owners had direct control of life and death over their slaves but the power of life and death went to the wayside as slavery was abolished in most parts of the world. In the economic system of slavery, slave owners were financially responsible for their slaves needs, with the owners receiving whatever profits or losses occurred as a result of their

businessoperations. Is it possible that the Powers wanted to end slavery to increase their own profits by putting former slaves and former owners into servitude? Hooray! The slaves are free from slavery but a worse life awaits them, Servitude.

The Roman Coliseum was constructed so the Ruling Powers would be entertained and have a place to make wagers on battles of life and death. Winners could gloat over their wagered profits with little or no remorse for the life lost. Todays Credit Default Swaps (CDS) are like the Roman death bets. Today the lives in danger are concealed behind a door--out of sight, out of mind--the remorse equation has been removed. The Banks Manifesto made known to the world by Charles Lindbergh reveals a strategy and tactics similar to those taught by Sun Tzu in The Art of War. Many people died in the Civil War believing the war was a war to free slaves. If, however, principles contained within the Banks Manifesto were applied decades earlier and were in force during the Civil War, then a more complete understanding of the motives underlying the Civil War could be known. Were it to be found that corporate America does follow principles found in the Manifesto, it would explain partially how corporate America controls our government; for example: 1)

lobbying, 2) bailouts, 3) the revolving door of employment, 4) self-policing industries, 5) subsidies, 6) Zero criminal enforcement of financial crisis, 7) crooks collaborating with law enforcement, 8) etc. Was it Lincolns plan that freed the slaves or was it part of a long term plan of the Powers?

If found that the Manifesto was a factor in planning and financing the Civil War to end slavery, or any other war where troops spilled their blood and died, a question arises about the Powers that must be answered: How could the Powers that planned such destruction count all carnage a success, and without remorse for either the deaths or the future, know that the end of slavery and the campaigning of wars would actually place nearly everyone into servitude? The answer to this question is found in what the Powers value above all elseit is not a righteous stance on moral issues like slavery nor is it the well-being of mankind. For the Powers, the foremost thing of value upon which everything else is based is more power. As laws changed, ex-slave owners were no longer allowed to be slave owners; speculation would suggest these slave owners had no idea that they themselves were already servants to the Powers. Power over life and death had been removed from the many slave owners to the few who live within the Crystal Places of Wall Street who were subjecting the both ex-slaves and the ex-owners to servitude. The human abuses of slavery in the United States are well-known. In frequent contrast, however, slaves needs were provided for and many were loved and cared for as family members. Applying principles found within the Manifesto to government, we see that some leaders of the United States government, especially elected officials, have also

subjected themselves to servitude as most lawmakers primary concern is obtaining special interest campaign contributions ultimately provided by the Powers. These contributions are then used in part to advertise to win constituents votes. Not only are the people in servitude to the Powers, but also the people are victims of their own governments failure to protect them as proscribed in the United States Constitution. The fight to end servitude is not only in America, but it is also global as servitude covers the planet. Chapter 2 Preparing the Subservient

Preparing the subservient to blindly follow the wishes and desires of the Powers required several millenniums. Education and training had to be executed with absolute precision so as the subservient would not realize they themselves were in servitude. Only the Powers had a full understanding of the teaching, students of servitude would only received specialized training. Executioners spent decades learning to perfect a precise manner to kill compassionately. Physicians spend years learning how to care for the ill, elderly, weak, and injured. Police are taught to uphold the laws of the land and to protect the rights of the people. The average child starts the learning process by learning to listen to the teachings of those that attended Universities and Colleges.

It is unknown as to what degree Corporate Business fell victim to the servitude plans of the Powers. Industrialization would provide one of the greatest opportunities for the Powers. Industry grew at rapid race, aerospace, exotic financial offerings, electronics, computers and many other forms of industry came into existence. As industry grew, people became specialized in specific areas. Institutions of higher learning compartmentalized as did Corporate Business and with this expansion of industry, additional laws were required. As these additional laws came into existence, attorneys were also required to specialize into specific regions of law. Compartmentalization was required so that no one outside the intersanctum of the Powers would have any idea that servitude was being served upon the people, Corporate Business and most countries of the world. Regardless of position, servitude to the Powers is held in check by the need for the Friday Paycheck and the need for status. One really needs to ask a question about the To Big To Fail (TBTF) banks, are the leaders of these banks the head of Power or are they just stuck in a world needing more status with a bigger Friday Paycheck? Even with so called learned leaders, United States of America also fell into servitude as did many other countries. Our lawmakers are not only dependent on holding office; they also have insatiable appetite for power, regardless; this subservient power is in servitude to the Powers.

History shows us, the messages to coordinate the fight against Roman slavery was limited to sandal power and word of mouth, any fight to eliminate servitude in the 1800s would have been by telegraph, Pony Express. Modern forms of communication presented a great opportunity and concern to the Powers. Television and radio has allowed almost unlimited intrusion into the lives of the people, where law makers advertise to seek election resort to avoidance of truth and deception by mass advertising paid for at the directions of the Powers. Of course, Corporate Business contributes funds for re-election of lawmakers in belief that the elected one would pass laws to better serve their need for profit. In United States of America, going off the gold standard in the early 1900s allowed for financial expansion without restriction. But, in those days before the massive complexity of laws, the leaders of this country passed laws to protect the people, Corporate Business from outlandish actions controlled by the Powers. In the 1990s, these laws of safety were removed and the level of servitude increased exponentially with the increase of book-entry dollars limited only by how many binary numbers a computer could hold. The Secretary of Treasury, Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board, along with others was taught to look at history past to help find a solution to preserve todays financial system. In reality, attempting to preserve the current inflated financial system as is will guarantee servitude will continue until the next financial crisis.

Chapter 3 Atheism or Theism Humanity is tricky, after wagering bets on gladiators, would the loser of the wager feel compassion for the loss of life or be angry that he lost a wager and blame the dead. Would anyone feel compassion if his losses continued and he had to face the battle of life and death and failed? History has taught that the Powers only see people as a statistical number for profit generation. Most people see the birth of a child as an addition to family, but, those few in Power see each birth as profit replacement. In 1 A.D. the worlds population stood around a half billion lives. Applying a conservative number of 10% replacement rate; replacement births in 1 A.D. would account for population increase of approximately 50 million; one could easily see that a million lives could be wagered in a year without risking loss to the future profit generation pool. Extrapolating from todays 6 billion lives with about 400 in Power, 1 A.D. would have had approximately 36 with absolute Power over life and death. So long as life is looked upon being a profit machine, belief in God or humanity would serve no factor in the long term profit equation. Chapter 4 Wars Millions of warriors have died in wars over the millenniums; the Powers made millions in financing these wars. It mattered not why wars were being fought by the subservient, for all the subservient lives would be replaced by their children to
2011JamesMcGuire Page7

perpetuate the profit making. The best insurance for the Powers during time of war is no insurance. It is not known nor is it relevant to know if the Powers influenced the insurance companies of the world to exclude coverage due to acts of war. Either way, the Powers would have to have gloated with glee knowing that post war recovery would require the rebuilders to further commit to servitude to obtain financing to rebuild. Here again, it is unknown and irrelevant if the Powers conspired with the subservient financial wizards to make sure that profits were forthcoming. The United States fought and did free itself from taxation and tyranny from a subservient country but the war did not free the United States from servitude to the true Powers. As most wars are somewhat limited to a short time frame compared to the long term plans of the Powers, the Powers would only need to sit back and allow time to pass to reestablish the Powers control over the subservient. This author will take the time and thank all the warriors of the world that fight evil that visually threatens the world. When the warriors return home, family and friends wave flags give thanks and praise the warriors for their sacrifice while remaining oblivious to the long term plans of the Powers. The warriors cycle repeats itself in the next war as the children of the warriors are proud to follow in their parents footsteps. Modern day warriors do not fight so that the Powers profit, but to provide a safe world free from radical evil.

Chapter 5 Civilian Destruction Even in servitude, a mentally depressed civilian can resort to destructive means when their limited freedom comes under threat. Correctly, we condemn the actions of the crazed radical who fights for what he mistakenly believes is justice and then indiscriminately take the lives of others. We must also understand the weaker side of the equation, those people that lack true understanding and knowledge which results in self destruction. Where the crazed is angry and seeks revenge, the weak only seek an exit from pain and misery. In reality, neither knew the true reason for their actions, are they attempts to escape servitude? Chapter 6 Blind Obedience The humanitarian drive that a firefighter carries in his soul must be appreciated every time a firefighter risks his life by entering the fires of hell to save a life of an unknown. This humanitarian drive to save life and protect the innocent can also be found in the souls of soldiers and law enforcement. When destructive conditions arise, law enforcement immediately steps up to the door and attempts to resolve the issue without loss of life. All commanders, Police Chiefs, Fire Department Captains, and Military Generals of these brave professionals normally credit the actions of success to training. Commanders know the costs required training each professional and having a restricted budget to operate with it is better to provide a
2011JamesMcGuire Page9

lower cost of additional training to protect the investment than to replace and these commanders have unknowingly contributed to perpetuating servitude. Reducing costs and better training the professionals would in the long term increase the profits for the Powers as the professionals would have saved many souls from death and unknowingly perpetuated the servitude. Here we step up to the judges, blindly following lies and deception and failing to rule according to written laws does not serve justice but aids in the perpetuation of servitude. As Judges have taken an oath to serve, my God have mercy on their soul: "Father, forgive them, they know not what they do." Chapter 7 United States Super Congress On July 23, 2011, Ryan Grim, reporter for the Huffington Post, published an article mentioning a plan for the Republican Senate Minority Leader and the Democratic Senate Majority Leader were putting forth to create a Super Congress. The job performance of the current Congress of the United States only reflects that the interests of the Powers have been sufficiently upheld, thus resulting in greater profits for the Powers and furthering the peoples servitude. Evaluating actions taken by Congress over the last few decades reveals a discernable pattern. The personal ambitions of being re-elected to public office and paying for these increasingly expensive campaigns with donations provided for at the directions of the Powers has largely surpassed Congresss loyalty to its lawful duty to serve and
2011JamesMcGuire Page10

represent its constituents in a just and righteous manner. It is possible that the position of the lawmakers subservient power over those in servitude has become so great that those lawmakers seeking to remain in Congressional office will do anything to protect their self interests. Chapter 8 Financial Deception Andrew Ross Sorkin of the New York Times published on July 25, 2011, Debt Drama Blocks Out Big Picture on Credit. The article hit the bulls eye that Wall Street was not reacting as predicted by Washington to the issues surrounding raising the United States of Americas debt ceiling. Considering that Wall Streets financial value exceeds 600 trillion dollars, 2.4 trillion dollars is a relatively minor concern for the Powers; nevertheless, the 2.4 trillion dollar debt issue does affect the lives of those in servitude. So long as the leaders of America and other countries operate in blindness and shortsightedness and fail to uphold the laws of the land and laws of humanity, all the people in the world will be forever doomed to servitude. Chapter 9 Terrorism and Lunacy Buildings are toppled, subways are bombed, there are lunatic killings. . .the threat is more destruction. Vast resources are directed to inhibit the killings and

2011JamesMcGuire

Page11

destruction of public and private property. News has reported that governments from all over have ordered agencies to impede the willful intentional destruction of public and private property and to protect the innocent from harm. In the United States, news articles report the Federal Bureau of Investigation has reassigned manpower that once watched over white collar crime to instead fight terrorism. The Powers must have breathed a great sigh of relief and gloated with glee as criminal investigations of white collar crime had taken a low position on the totem pole. Combating terrorism required the sophistication and knowledge of the most senior agents of the agencies leaving only newbie rookies to fight the most elaborate fraud device ever devised. Everyone seems to be under the belief that terrorism is the greatest threat to society. The terror threat is real; maniac killings are real; but these criminal acts divert attention from the greater evil, theft of the Worlds sovereign wealth and instituting servitude upon the planets population. What better way is there to divert attention from the Powers criminal acts than to make sure that financing is available to terrorists and lunatics? Chapter 10 Creation Four millenniums ago contracts were created in stone. Contracts evolved to be written in paper with the creation of paper. One fact that applies to both rock and paper is that they are both real tangibles. Another not so astonishing fact is if one held the tangible in his hand, he would no doubt be in possession of it. But does
2011JamesMcGuire Page12

mere possession of the tangible mean he is also the owner? The adage, Possession is nine-tenths of the law, sounds good and well until tangible LAWS facts prove otherwise. Over the centuries many laws have been created that address ownership and possession of tangibles. Only recently in the 21st Century have laws been created to deal with electronic intangibles; still these electronic intangibles laws are dependent upon tangible laws having been lawfully followed. Created thoughts of the mind are very similar to electronic intangibles: proving existence of a thought requires external tangible scientific proof; similarly, proving the legal existence of electronic intangibles requires external tangible legal proof. Most scientists agree the universe was created at the time of the Big Bang. This brings us to the biggest question of all: Was creation a result of a tangible act or an intangible act? Conclusion For those who believe in God, we pray for forgiveness; for those who do not believe in God, would return of the guillotine be a reasonable solution?
