WRITING AN INFORMAL LETTER OF INVITATION

Dear Riley,
Next month will be the ninetieth birthday of my mother and we are so
thankful to the Lord for giving her such a long and happy life.
To mark the joyous occasion, we have organized a party and you are one of
the invited. My mother and the whole family will be very happy to see you.
Turning ninety is something that is not enjoyed by most people and we
would want to celebrate it with those that have made our lives so special. The
party will be at 6p.m on 11 December at our home.
I hope you can find time to attend the birthday celebration. We are happily
expecting the warmth of your presence. It is the greatest gift that you can
give us.
Thank you and expect to see you soon.
