MOTTO: Work better and recover yourself from all kind of falls The Method Thought as a continuous internal dialogue and mental modifications consumes our daily vital energy. In the end we feel tired, uncomfortable, and this mood promotes a fair disregarding of our responsibilities and obligations.

On the other hand, irregular breathing feeds our lungs with air which sometimes we do not even need and a sensation of pain and uneasiness creates a pessimistic sentiment of fear towards future. Not being enough, as a natural consequence, we promote a posture with hundred of biomechanical wrong angles and our walking is usually erratic and stiff. We need a change. The sequence of this process might be controlled because in our hands remains the crucial decision to practice again and again some exercises which lead towards concentration.

Concentration is the key of calming down. Please, pay attention: tight has to be the rope of thought in order to release it, and you have to release it in order to become tight. This is a fisherman law, which he applies to his net. Our net is featured by thought, breathing and gesture. Concentration in it leads towards freedom of thought, easiness of breathing and a natural spontaneous posture and gestures. The labor of our everyday city life requires a parallel challenge of training body, thought and feeling.
