Status : Married to Maria Roselle C. Apasan Salvador and blessed with four (4) children, namely, Tranquil Matthew IV, Maria Isabela, Jose Miguel and Jose Gabriel : 39 : May 19, 1967 : Lawyer Partner Romulo Mabanta and De los In ADMU, he teaches Civil Procedure, Evidence, Criminal Procedure and Legal Forms. He is also a Reviewer in Remedial Law. In FEU, he was tasked to teach the subjects of Civil Procedure, Evidence, Corporation Law, Law on Natural Resources, Property, Transportation Law and he gives Preweek review on Remedial Law. In PLM, he is teaching the subjects of Civil Procedure, Evidence, Trial Technique and Provisional Remedies. In FEU-La Salle, he teaches Civil Procedure. While in SSC the subjects he has covered are Remedial Law Review, Evidence, Criminal Procedure, Criminal Law I, Criminal Law III, Labor Standards, Statutory Construction, Introduction to Law and Legal Research, Land Titles and Deeds, and Transportation Law. He outlined for Romulo Law Office the Salient Features of the Consumers Act of the Philippines, and for the Commission on Human Rights the Crimes under the Revised Penal Code and its Penalties. On May 25, 2001, he was a Guest Lecturer at the Department of Justice as part of its Continuing Legal Education on the new developments in Batas Pambansa Blg. 22 otherwise known as the "Bouncing Checks Law". On November 3-6, 2001, he was invited to be a member of the Faculty and Speaker of the Litigation Conference of the Center for International Studies, Salzburg Austria. He specifically lectured on the "Jurisdiction and Venue in the Philippines". In April 2004, he gave a Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) lecture on Modes of Discovery at the Palawan State University. In 2005 and 2006, he gave MCLE lectures at the Ateneo de Manila University on Facts Gathering and the Government Service Insurance System on New Guidelines on Pre-Trial and Modes of Discovery.

Educational Background
Mr. Salvador was admitted to the Bar in 1992. He obtained his A.B. degree from the University of Sto. Tomas in 1987, and his Juris Doctor from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1991. While in college, Mr. Salvador was President of the University of Sto. Tomas Student Council (College of Arts and Letters) and subsequently of the Ateneo Law Student Council (ALSC). He was an Associate Editor of the Ateneo Law Journal in 1989. He was the first Chairman of the Association of Law Students of the Philippines for the National Capital Region in 1990. As president of the ALSC, he was given the Evelio B. Javier Leadership Award. In High School at the San Beda College, he was awarded Second Honors in his 1st and 2nd year and Silver Medal for Excellence in Scientific Research in his final year. In Grade School at the Philippine Christian University, he was the Class Valedictorian, Chairman of the Junior Barangayette, Editor-in-Chief of Winglettes, the official school paper, and Class President from Grade I to VI. Presently, he is a Master of Laws (LLM) candidate at the Suffolk University, School of Law, Boston on International Business Law on a three (3) year summer program, (20062008).

He was a Legal Apprentice at the Commission on Human Rights (1988) and Structural Alternative Legal Assistance for Grassroots (1989). He was later hired by the law firm of Romulo, Mabanta, Buenaventura, Sayoc & de Los Angeles where he started as Legal Apprentice and rose through the ranks to become a line partner. He counseled Cebu Pacific and United Parcel Service when it commenced operations in the Philippines.
