Govt. /Airport Authority imposed restrictions. Technical limitations. No liability of GATI if any of the following conditions occur: Students not meeting DGCA requirements for flying. Performance not upto mark in flying training and conveyed by CFI. Absenteeism/ Abandoning flying at own will. Other Terms and condition: Fees once paid is non-refundable. All examinations/issue/endorsements fees other than SPL, FRTOL ( R ) and Cessna 172 Endorsement to be paid in actuals by the student. Estimated amount would be 1Lac. Bank details:
