Lords of the Angels

Rarely do circumstances during an engagement require the skills of the Blood Angels Chapter Command. However, during mobilization of the Chapters assets it may be necessary for the Lords of the Angels to go to war in a single war zone. Unlike other Chapters of Astartes the Blood Angels do not give additional responsibilities to any Captain but the 10th Company Captain, who retains the duties laid down by the Codex Astartes as Master of Recruits. Instead the mantels and duties of Master of the Blade, Warden of the Gates, and Keeper of Heavengate are given to a Captain
Lord Commander Dante has served as Lord of the Angelic Host longer than any Astartes can remember. Greater than a millenniums worth of experience has made him an warrior unsurpassed in skill and knowledge. When Dante takes to the battlefield alongside the Lords of the Angels few can stand against such power and skill at his disposal.
