Lan Hoang is the CEO and co-founder of Aeria Games, and brings over 10 years of experience in management and business development. As a serial entrepreneur, Lan has invested in and co-founded several companies in various industries ranging from technology outsourcing, trading to internet and mobile related businesses. Lan has extensive experience in the gaming sector, as a director of ActozSoft, a listed game developer in Korea, and as an early investor and collaborator of Aeria Inc., a listed company in Japan, which founded Gamepot, a major Japanese publisher, and other game and internet-related companies. He currently serves as a director for Corporate Finance Partners Asia and Japan internet.com. Lan also has 7 years of experience as a corporate attorney specializing in restructuring, finance and cross-border investments. . Lan received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Stanford Law School and a bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Houston.

JT Nguyen is the COO of Aeria Games, overseeing the worldwide publishing operations of the company. JT has over 10 years of experience working in both Fortune 500 companies as well as in Silicon Valley startups in the mobile, eCommerce, B2B, aerospace, financial, and gaming industries. Prior to joining Aeria Games, JT held an operations strategy position at HSBC where he consulted with the global business teams within the credit card division. Paulo Fernandes is the COO of Aeria Games do Brasil, overseeing the Latin America publishing business. Paulo joined Aeria Games in 2010 and created the marketing, publishing and customer service operations from the ground up in So Paulo, Brazil. Prior to joining Aeria Games, Paulo led the Latin America business unit at ATI, a world leader in computer and consumer electronics graphics and video components, prior to being acquired by AMD. At AMD, he was a member of the local office executive team, leading a12-person group responsible for generating $56M in revenue and growing market share from 5% to 38% in Latin America. Paulo also managed the sales department of Olivetti Computers in Brazil and had held several key positions in marketing agencies and other technology companies throughout his career.
