MEMBERS
Not required to join a committee or volunteer pool perks: attend workshops and seminars for free, get updates about outside-school competitions Committees Members may, but are not required to, join only ONE Committee Necessary Screening Why? Volunteer Pools Members may, but are not required to, join one or both of the volunteer pools. Members who are already part of a committee may still join volunteer pools. Terms of membership at least one ARTILLERY event and one ARTILLERY project two ARTILLERY events

-Manages the internal organization of manpower and relations -Supervises the events committee -In charge of human resource and financial responsibilities -In charge of disseminating information among members.

The Artillery Events Committee creates, organizes,
and manages projects and tie-ups, which strives toward the members development in their interest and skill in design and the formation of camaraderie among the members of the organization.

Structure of the Comittee
Events Head Oversees all matters concerning the event (Program/Logistics/Promotions) Events Committee Heads all events, projects, and tie-ups as Project Managers Handles the logistics, promotions, documentation, and programs team for every event Members of the core committee are required to take part in all Artillery events Events Volunteer Pool Makes up the teams for every event Moving body of the committee Members of the volunteer pool are not obligated to partake in every event

-Manages the external relations and commissions of the organization. -Supervises the Promotions and Corporate Relations Committees, as well as the Design Job Volunteers. -Manages the organizations public relations, specifically to concerned stakeholder sectors, members, and to potential corporate partners.

The Corporate Relations committee is in charge of representing ARTILLERY to corporate entities, communicating with them and securing necessary arrangements for partnerships such as sponsorships, privileges, etc.

Basically, the CorRel committee is in charge of getting the org INVOLVED OUTSIDE the Ateneo as well as providing its members with PERKS AS INCENTIVES Committee members will -be able to represent Artillery through connecting with establishments -learn and experience business stuff! :>

1st Sem - release of participation card which can be filled up by attending Artillery events (think starbucks planner card!) 2nd Sem - members who have filled up their cards are then eligible to claim their privilege cards (yay for discounts and freebies in establishments around Ateneo!)

PROMOTIONS COMMITTEE
-The Promotions Committee is in charge of creating and executing a promotional campaign for all ARTILLERY events and activities. -The Committee is divided into two sub-committees, Print and Web.
PRINT TEAM
-committee is in charge of printed promotional materials such as posters, flyers, tarps, etc. for Artillery events -15 members for print promotions There will be an application process for those who are interested in joining and we will email you the requirements.

Mastery of html & css coding Working knowledge of javascript and/or php coding. Ability to implement design mockups. Both must have a good background of (or at least an interest towards) designing UI & UX for the web.
Even if Im not part of the team, can I still do web design and/or videos? No, you cant. We called dibs. ...Just Kidding. Of course you can. We only call dibs on promotions for Artillery. Design jobs for clients are open for all members in the Design Jobs Volunteer Pool.

Design Jobs Head - Supervises and approves all design jobs accepted by ARTILLERY - Coordinates with the design jobs managers and collates all proposals for design jobs for approval from the Executive Board

Design Jobs Committee - Consists of the Design Managers who will be assigned to spearhead different design jobs - Each Design Manager will have a specialty: Print Web Branding Traditional Art Photography - Each design job will be placed under the appropriate Design Manager Ex. Poster request from the Philosophy department will go to the Print Manager - Application process will entail the submission of a resume and portfolio

Design Jobs Volunteer Pool - Consists of the Design Volunteers who will make up teams for different design jobs - Each Design Volunteer will specify two specialties: Print Web Branding Traditional Art Photography - Design Volunteers will be contacted for design jobs that correspond with their specialties
*If there are no willing volunteers for a design job, the Design Manager will have to shoulder it with the help of the Executive Board
