planning to buy a flat in eldeco aamantran. After a rigorous search in the (sec120, 119, 71 which is my preferred location in Noida). This looks me be than all the other in the area. This is construction phase. and possession is March11 and Dec11. People says eldeco is really good builder and deliver time and they says loan will be approved by SBI, PNB banks.

Other options i found interesting were gaur grandeur and amrapali platinum which are also in good construction phase and have possession date in a year (or 1.5 yrs). In cost, all of them are a bit high among the other recently launched proj ects and having almost nearby prices. yogendra --

Hello, I am planning to buy a 3Bhk for my own use. Both me and my wife are working at N oida. MY parents will be staying with me. My mininmum requirement is a 1850+ sq feet flat. Now i donot want to wait for 2-3 years and get possession. I need rea dy to move in. And after lot of finding i find only Indrapuram area within my re ach. My budget is 55-60 lakh all inclusive. Canot pay anything extra beyond that . I currently stay in Jaipuria Greens at Indrapuram and have found a property here (3 bhk, 1860 sq feet) at 56 lakh. It comes around Rs 2950 appx per sq feet. Cho ices are there in 4th and 16th floor. Few people are saying that decent rate for Jaipuria should be nothing more than Rs 2600-2700 per square feet. What are the ongoing rates currently? If anybody has idea please advice. Is buying flat at J aipuria a wise decision. I am staying here for few months now on rent and i find it so so..nothing great but has the basic things like power backup, good securi ty, house keeping. If there are any better options available in my budget and requirement then plea se suggest. And i dont care much about Indrapuram's reputation about been a conc rete jungle etc etc. Its affordable for me, has everything a family requires and i dont want to look at any other place than Indrapuram.
