Presentation
Aiming at strengthening the development of metrology and instrumentation in Brazil and Latin America, Inmetro and SBM announces Metrologia 2011 that will be held in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil, in September 2011. This event has been conceived to integrate people and organizations from Brazil and abroad in the discussion of advanced themes in metrology. The Metrogia 2011 will be organized by Brazilian Society of Metrology SBM and National Institute of metrology, Standardization and Industrial Quality - Inmetro, with the support from National Service of Industrial Learning SENAI. Simultaneously to METROLOGIA 2011, a great exhibition of measurement services and equipment will take place: METRO EXPO 2011.

Scope
Metrologia 2011 is devoted to measurement topics related to: acoustics, environmental, electricity and magnetism, materials, mechanics, optics, chemistry, health, telecommunications, time and frequency, thermometry and hygrometry, vibrations and flow dynamics. Programme
Counting on the interest and enthusiasm of the technical-scientific community, the Organizing Institutions invite people and organizations to participate in this important congress, reiterating the commitment to organize an event according to highest international standards. This event has been conceived to integrate people and organizations from Brazil and abroad in the discussion of advanced themes in metrology. The Program includes: Parallel exhibition of equipment and services related to metrology (MetroExpo 2011); Invited lectures; Plenary speakers; SIM Electricity and Magnetism Metrology Working Group meeting; IMEKO TC 4 Working Group meeting.

One understands by supporter of the Metrologia 2011, the enterprise, laboratory or organization interested in supporting the event bringing financial or material resources, to defray exclusively expenses of the Metrologia 2011. Among the necessities already identified, one includes: cases for distribution to the participants; services, materials, meals, ticket and diaries of invited lecturers, transportation of participants and lecturers; operational support.

Other sponsorship quota


Opening cocktail for all participants, in September 27th,
2011. The sponsor can decorate the facilities with strips, banners and other promotional pieces and it will be the exclusive institution to disclose its brand. The sponsor can also apply its brand in all pieces that considerate adequate, such as waiters and receptionists uniforms, napkins, etc.

Sponsored dinner
The sponsor can decorate the facilities with strips, banners and other promotional pieces and it will be the exclusive institution to disclose its brand. The participants will have the opportunity to know about the company through specific promotional actions. The sponsor can also apply its brand in all pieces that considerate adequate, such as waiters and receptionists uniforms, napkins, etc.

VIP Room
A room designated to welcome lecturers and invited people. It will be decorated in a cozy and sophisticated way. The sponsor may place banners, distribute folders and other types of advertisement and also place computers with internet access for exclusive usage by invited people.

The company can place institutional / products folders inside the briefcases. 5 quotas, each one in the value of 1.000,00 Euros

EXHIBITION

In a noble place reserved for the Metrologia 2011, it will take place a fair, creating opportunities to manufacturers, distributors and users of measurements instruments and other sectors interested in metrology to show their products and to develop their articulations and contacts with the international community of metrology. A space limited to 30 stands with infra-structure adequate to the high level of the event, will be offered to the expositors in the ambient of the event. The expositors will have access to the complex of the Praiamar Natal Hotel & Convention one day before the beginning of the event.

The exhibitors will receive special badges. The stand of 2.300,00 Euros, will also receive one free registration of the event.
