A good proposal should be :

Title of the Study

**Your proposal should clearly explain how the proposed idea made improvements. Describe an idea to solve problems in new ways Identify the general and specific objective precisely Rationale costing. Budget should be realistic. It should be consistent and complete without unambiguous Detailed schedule of activities to complete the project Follow all the directions given in the proposal guidelines Consist of appendices which serve as evidence of careful planning and previous experience Clearly communicates the qualification of the personnel involved in the project Well-organized writing style in such as way that it uses a header to lead the reader Paginated from beginning to end including the appendix Use appropriate graphs and figures, charts and other visual materials Proofreads for grammatical errors and misspelling Include vitae to demonstrate credentials required

Statement of the Problem The following are the statement of the problems of a BS CS thesis project: What are the input variables in developing the proposed project? What are the input variables needed in implementing the following: Algorithm; Data Structure; Architectural Design; and System Design?

You may start developing your title once the Thesis/ CS Coordinator approves your title

Area of Investigation This is the basis of approving the title relies mostly on this part. This component should explain all the possible features of the proposed system. The student should be objective and be realistic. Include all the possible reports to be generated, all the levels of users needed, the number of expected computers, and the gadgets to be used for implementation, the security features, such as password protection, encryption of codes, and even randomizing of records. Also, write the Programming Language or any other application to be used for designing and developing the proposed system. Make this part clear, brief, and concise. State the users and the people to be benefited by the project. In paragraph or in enumerated form, the student will list down at least three previous projects similar to the concept or idea of his title. The student may refer to the library inside or outside the campus. Briefly state the project title, the author/s, and the date of publication.
