Table and Figures : Every table and figure should be given table No./Figure No. with caption at the bottom of the table and figure . The Numbers for the table and figure shall be given as follow: The first table of chapter 1 shall be given number as table 1.1: caption and the second table of the same chapter shall be given as 1.2 : caption and similarly apply for other chapters. (First number indicates chapter, second number indicates figure no. of that chapter) The same rule applies for naming of figures. II. Submission of Project Report to the University: Four Copies of the Project Report should be prepared. Soft copy of project and documentation on DVD should be placed in a thick envelope labeled with your name, project title, project id and registration number. This envelope should be pasted at the last page of the Project Report.

CONCLUSION: The write-up must end with the concluding remarks-briefly describing innovation in the approach for implementing the Project, main achievements and also any other important feature that makes the system stand out from the rest.
