Exploring architectural studies in terms of Spatial Planning, Sun Shade Analysis, Contextual Relations, Elevational Treatments, etc.. and compiling the explorations for Preliminary Concept presentations through Schematic Design stage. The project passed the Concept Design Stage and is currently in Schematic Stage. Verde Residence: A 50 storey Residential Tower at Plot R2, Dubai Maritime City, Dubai Acting on behalf of AS+GG as local architects of record to manage the design in terms of compliance with Dubai Maritime Citys Development Control Regulations and JAFZAs Building Regulations and Design Guidelines.
