PART 9 Contract
This document is considered a formal contract and commitment between AIESEC and the organisation stated on this form underneath. All parties should keep an original copy with signatures of the organisation and AIESEC. Any changes made after signing the contract are to be signed by both parties or a new contract should be created.

PART 9.1 Aims of the Internship Program The aim of an internship shall be to provide the intern with the following:

The aim of an internship is not:

If the organisation decides to employ the intern on a permanent basis in the host country, AIESEC will have no role in facilitating this. PART 9.2 Party Commitments In accepting to take an intern through AIESEC, the organisation commits to:

Ensuring that the intern performs the work stated on the Internship Job Questionnaire Providing adequate working conditions, salary or stipend, orientation, guidance and training for the intern to achieve the objectives agreed upon Upon selection of a candidate, complete and return the AIESEC Organisation Acceptance Note stating the terms of the internship within 3 days. Receipt of this by AIESEC will make the internship selection official. Providing orientation for the intern to familiarise themself with staff, workplace facilities and other activates facilitated by the organisation to its employees. Giving the intern and AIESEC feedback about their performance during the internship to learn and improve.

AIESEC commits to:

Providing the organisation with supporting information regarding the candidates to make a considered selection. Providing support to the intern for their integration into the local environment (reception, accommodation, transportation, bank account, tax file number, visa, etc.). Organising events that involve the intern in cultural, professional and leadership development. Ensuring that every student participating in an internship passes through a thorough selection process, as well as being provided documentary evidence by a language instructor of any stated language abilities. Evaluating and utilising feedback received from the organisation and intern throughout the internship period

PART 9.3 Conditions

In the first instance, all disagreements and arguments concerning the agreement or its realisation must be addressed by way of negotiation, directly between the parties mentioned in this agreement. Please note that all fees that are paid to AIESEC will be solely used for the development of AIESEC members and operational costs for completing the responsibilities.

Geschftsbedingungen AIESEC in sterreich

Die nachstehenden Geschftsbedingungen sind Bestandteil des Vertragsverhltnisses zwischen AIESEC in sterreich und dem Unternehmer, der sich um die Anstellung eines Praktikanten bemht: 1. AIESEC in sterreich ist bemht, nach Magabe der Zahl und Qualifikationen der Studenten, die sich als Praktikanten bewerben, so bald wie mglich einen der Stellenbeschreibung des Unternehmers entsprechenden Praktikanten namhaft zu machen. 2. Zur Abgeltung der Unkosten von AIESEC in sterreich verpflichtet sich der Unternehmer pro Praktikanten, einen Unkostenbeitrag zu bezahlen: 800 als Basisgebhr plus 50 fr jedes Monat. Sollte der Praktikant am Ende seines Praktikums von dem Unternehmer in ein festes Dienstverhltnis bernommen werden, so verpflichtet sich der Unternehmer eine bernahmegebhr von 1500 zu entrichten. 3. Ein von AIESEC in sterreich namhaft gemachter Praktikant kann vom Unternehmer innerhalb von zwei Wochen schriftlich abgelehnt werden. Eine Ablehnung ist nur aus wichtigen Grnden mglich, insbesondere wenn der Praktikant nicht der Stellenbeschreibung entspricht. Erfolgt innerhalb dieser Frist keine Ablehnung, so gilt der Praktikant als akzeptiert. 4. Eine allfllige Ablehnung muss jedoch in jedem Fall rechtzeitig erfolgen. Ist dem Praktikant die kostenlose Stornierung der Anreise bis zu dem in Aussicht genommenen Arbeitsbeginn nicht mehr mglich, so trgt das Unternehmen die Stornokosten und haftet fr alle aus der Stornierung resultierenden Schden. 5. Ansprche des Unternehmers aus dem Unterbleiben der Namhaftmachung eines geeigneten Praktikanten gegen AIESEC in sterreich bestehen nicht. 6. Der Unternehmer wird AIESEC in sterreich davon in Kenntnis setzen, bevor er mit dem Praktikanten erstmals direkt in Kontakt tritt, oder wenn der Praktikant erstmals mit ihm Kontakt aufnimmt. 7. Wenn ein akzeptierter Praktikant nicht beschftigt wird, ist der Unternehmer verpflichtet, dem Praktikanten und AIESEC in sterreich alle im Hinblick auf die Beschftigung gettigten Aufwendungen und daraus resultierenden Schden zu ersetzten. Dazu zhlen insbesondere die Kosten fr die An- und Abreise des Praktikanten, sowie eine angemessene Unterbringung und Verpflegung fr eine Hchstdauer von sieben Tagen. 8. AIESEC in sterreich, sowie auch die brigen Teilorganisationen von AIESEC im In- und Ausland, sind bei der Auswahl des Praktikanten um mglichste Sorgfalt bemht. Es kann aber fr die fachliche und menschliche Eignung des Praktikanten keine Haftung bernommen werden. 9. Der Unternehmer erklrt sich damit einverstanden, dass die von ihm in der Stellenbeschreibung gemachten Angaben ber sein Unternehmen zum Zweck der Vermittlung eines geeigneten Praktikanten an andere AIESEC Teilorganisationen im In- und Ausland weitergeleitet werden. 10. Der Unternehmer verpflichtet sich, die ihm von AIESEC bekannt gegebenen persnlichen Daten des Praktikanten nur zu Zwecken des Praktikums zu verwenden und nicht an Dritte weiterzugeben.
