This contract consist in 3 pages.

This Contract ("Contract") is made the {date} day of {month}, {year}, by and between {name of SELLER},and AVANTEL d.o.o. henceforth known as SELLER and INTERMEDIARY. SELLER and INTERMEDIARY agree to the provisions of this Contract as they apply to the services rendered (henceforth known as Work) by SELLER, detailed below: The work of INTERMEDIARY it consist in find a buyer in Italy for the yacht called WIBAC 53 HT in property of the SELLER

The Contracts provisions are undersigned by both INTERMEDIARY and SELLER, and are as follows:

1. Relationship SELLER and INTERMEDIARY agree that the work relationship is the only defined relationship between the two, and that SELLER does not consider INTERMEDIARY to be an employee. As such, SELLER is not required to provide benefits, including insurance, paid vacation, or sick leave, to INTERMEDIARY. 2. Length of Contract This Contract begins on the date listed above, and continues for a period of 3 MOUNTHS. Should both parties agree, Contract may be amended to extend its duration, provided that both Client and Contractor sign and date the amendment. 3. Deadlines INTERMEDIARY agrees to provide SELLER a client interested to buy the yacht called WIBAC 53HT on {date(s) Contractor is expected to turn in whatever work is covered by this contract}. Should Work be incomplete at time of deadline(s), the contract is automatic erase from both parts. Page 2 of 3

4. Payment SELLER agrees to sell the yacht called WIBAC 53HT to the Italian client(name of buyer) found by the INTERMEDIARY . For the total amount of ........ and the INTERMEDYARY will be receive from the SELLER the difference amount, between the start amount of ........and the total final amount payed by the final client.The INTERMEDIARY will be payed from the SELLER the 50% of his benefit in maximum 7 days from the date thath the SELLER will receive the 50% of the total amount that must be payed from the final buyer(name of buyer) ,and the last 50% in maximum 7 days from the date that the SELLER received the total amount. The INTERMEDIARY will make an invoice to the SELLER for the total amount received.

5. Termination The Contract will be terminated on the date specified in Section 2, unless an amendment is created to extend the duration of the Contract. 6. Jurisdiction This Contract is subject to and enforced under any applicable laws and regulations, and falls under the jurisdiction of the country of SERBIA in the city of Belgrade.
