Project Description: ACC Cement developed an Oracle ERP system in-house to handle their financial activities. It basically had four modules: Finance, Financial Consolidation, Costing and Costing Consolidation. ACC Cement had 13 cement manufacturing units and 22 marketing offices throughout India. The activities were to maintain the financial system, process month closing activities, costing system maintenance, costing and financial consolidation across the company and the subsidiaries and financial consolidation.
