CITI, Smith Barney and TJMAX (East Coast) Network Administartor, VOIP and WIFI Consultant Level 3 support at various sites thoughout CT. Originally Performed Wifi Surveys and reports. Upgraded legacy PBX phone systems to Cisco VOIP and Video Conference equipment throughout the East coast. . Installed Cisco Call Manager and installed DSP modules when needed. Worked closely with HP to solve any problems. Used Web forms to document everything. Trained personnel on the new wired and wireless Cisco phones and devices when needed. Converted Advest and other investment groups to the Smith Barney Citibank Infrastructure. HP / Compaq Computer Corp. Pitney Bowes (Stamford, CT) Infrastructure Project Manager- I Worked with HP for their Services Division to rollout and migrate Pitney Bowes Infrastructure. The first Phase was to Validate all equipment and software installed. Second phase for me was to work with the HP software development team to test and build MSI packages. Then the rollout and migration

commenced. 9x and novell servers were converted to XP pro clients and 2003 servers. During the rollout it was my responsibility to backup all users information and restore docs if needed. After the rollout a small team including me stayed to support PB and work on a VOIP Pilot. 12/99 to 3/01 Getronics/Wang (New York, N.Y.) Mobile Response Representative/ N.E.Project Manager Mobile Response Representative for Allstate. Project consisted of upgrading every aspect of the computer and Networking infrastructure for 18 N.E. Allstate Regional Offices. First step was to setup the communication room with new Hubs, Switches, Router, Windows 2000 server, network printers, modems and training room desktops. Second step was to deploy desktops and laptops as the Employees went through training. Additional responsibilities included installing Teleconference and Audiovisual equipment for the trainers.
