JOB RESPONSIBILITY IN LAND AND LAW MATTERS: Handling Company cases like mining lease, agreement, partnership deed, land acquisition and pollution control and other various cases. Drafting, conveyancing and preparing deeds like Sale Deed, Lease Deed, Tenancy Agreement, Mortgage Deed, Power of Attorney, agreement to sale, registration of transible and intransible property and also verifying Encumbrance Certificates at the office of different Sub-Registrars. Verifying Rent Receipts of the land at the office of Revenue Inspector. Handling various revenue cases like mutation cases, conversion cases, land demarcation cases and verification of records of rights in the office of Tahasildar. Handling matters of settlement of land and consolidation of land in the office of concerned Settlement Officer and Consolidation Officer. Conducting settlement and consolidation revision cases in the court of Survey and Settlement Commissioner and State High Courts. Have prepared, filed and conducted various civil suits like Title suits, Partition suits, Declaration suits in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division and Senior Division) and appeals before District Judges and High Court. Acquisition of land by negotiating with people, verification of land documents like record of rights, sale deed or lease deed, encumbrance certificate, rent receipt of lands of stitiban lands, lease lands, endowment lands, G.A. lands, Idco lands, lands belonging to SC. & ST. etc, permission to take before purchase & sale of lands.
