PREPARATION CHECKLIST Outline for opening of the interview:

1. Greet the candidate and introduce yourselves


2. Explain the interview process As an additional step in our recruitment process (possibly to include further assessment / testing) To acquaint key business leaders with the candidate To learn more about the candidate To help the candidate understand / explore more about the role and our organisation (if appropriate) 3. Describe the interview plan The interviewers will be asking a number of questions to obtain specific information from the candidate, and will be taking notes during the process. Explain gathering information related to key competencies that are critical for success in the position. This will involve gathering specific examples of situations that demonstrate past experience in relation to these competencies. Towards the end of the interview, interviewer will reiterate the description of the position and the organisation. Opportunity for candidate to ask any questions they may have.
