SPECIFICATION SHEET

The Rondostat is an electronic radiator controller. The radiator valve is actuated via a battery powered motor. In operating mode, the Rondostat alternates between a comfort temperature and an economy temperature according to an adjustable timer program with 28 set points per week (4 individual set points per day). The factory preset of the timer program is: 6:00 22:00 h = 21C and 22:00 to 6:00 h = 16C. The set points for comfort and economy temperature as well as the time periods are freely adjustable. A hand wheel allows a manual temperature adjustment. Turning the hand wheel clockwise the temperature range is: Off, 8 C...28 C, On. The open window function closes the valve if the temperature drops by 1.5 C within 3 min. Normal operation is resumed after a) turning the hand wheel, b) rise of the room temperature or c) after 45 minutes. Self monitoring functions: Protection against lime scale and frost. A warning is issued if the batteries get flat. Automatic switch to and from daylight saving time.
