Review: As you can see from this figure, we are losing our Revenue from Singapore Market. From my point of view, this is because there are a few problems we have to settle first especially in our operational matter especially cleanliness and bug problem. So my suggestion, how about we try to advertise our hotel in gaining market such as Indonesia or Vietnam since we are have a lot of group from them and in the same time our local market in Malaysia. I still waiting from Air Asia and Firefly to reply my quotation regarding this matter and would like to know any suggestion regarding this matter.
