In this part of the building the raw material like maize and wheat grains undergoes several processes from one floor to another floor which have different machines for processing in the building. This building is a 5 storey building counting from the ground floor. The functions of each floor are given below. Ground floor: Bucket elevator for lifting up or sucking up the raw material like wheat, maize. First floor: Separator machine which separate husk and grains and on the next room the Milling machine which grind the grains are set in 3 rows with 2 columns. On the first row the grains are grinded and send up to the second floor. On the second row the grains or flour is send down from the second floor and is grinded into finer flour and is send back to the second floor. At last the flour is send down from the second floor to the third row for refining for grinding into fine powder of flour and send back up. Second floor: here the flour which are send up from the first floor or separator machines are refine and grind so that the flour are made much finer and send back down. Third floor: After the grain is powdered the Desternal machine or the plant shifter separate the unwanted or waste like stones etc is separated and removed. Fourth floor: In this floor machine called Intensive Stamper which grinds the grains powder for 24 hours and the after it is grinded it is transfer to the scular or brass machine which does the final cleaning and is transfer to a machine called Air Lock Cyclone which use compress or pressure air which transfer the flour down to the other room of ground floor of the building Ground Floor: In this other room of ground floor where finished products or goods like Maida, atta, suzi and bread flour which have been processed by the machines of the different floors are packed for transportation to markets or for raw material to make bread, sandwich, brown etc. In this building it produces 2% of Suzi, 45% of Maida, 30% of atta and 23% of bread flour the net production everyday.

The control board or the bucket where raw material is poured has 50 tons capacity. In a day the factory produces a minimum of 360 bags or the capacity of one and half truck since a truck can carry 240 bags at a time. A bag of goods weight 50 kg. The rate of products per quintal:

The Raw material which the factories use for manufacturing the products of this farm animals food are: 1). Fish meal. 6). Soya bean flake. 2). Mustard oil cake. 7).oil cake. 3). Maize. 8). Bran. 4) De oil cake. 9). Medicines (different types). 5). Oyster shell. This raw material are mixed accordingly for manufacturing the different types of farm feed or farm food. This factory has a huge machine for manufacturing their products which does all the work after the raw material is fed. The processes of this machine are as under: Firstly the raw material is poured down from the top in the bucket or the first elevator and then it goes down to the Bin where it goes to the grinder and grinds the raw material. After these the material goes to the second elevator and from there it goes to the Bin and this Bin sends the raw material to the mixture machine section where it mixed the raw material properly and thoroughly. After the material is mixed with some items it goes to the Finish Bin. From there the finished goods is packed with bag and is send to the weighing machine where it measure the weigh of the bag for standard weigh. Since this factory works by machines it consume lots of electric and the bills is around Rs19000 per month.
