conducted and that date information is given.

User Classes and Characteristics:

Our intention is to provide the information to various classes of user 1. Normal user who have the knowledge of Browsing the website 2. Administrators will follow some constraints to change the database 3. Security is provided using secured database (SQL) Software Requirement Specification for Online Education.
User Documentation:

To assist the user in understanding the product better and to assist them in better utilization of the product and its features, we will be providing an interactive user interface (in html format). We also will be giving a link to the users where they can know the current activities of the online education organization, information about the programs etc.
User View of System:

The front page of the system contains the some information about Online Education and all the links through which we can navigate or

access the other pages of the system. These links may be such that Home, Registration, Login, Examination, Course Details, Result etc.
Home:

Home page is generally a front page of the system. When an user wants to go on the home page directly staying on other page, then he/she click on the Home link.
Registration:

The user or student who wants to take registration in the Online Education first fills the registration form which is provided by Online Education. In this page the student fill the proper details with proper Demand Draft/ Cheque no. The administrator checks the filled registration form. If the form is valid with proper fees then, provide a acknowledgement with a control no. otherwise generate a error message.
Login:

The registered student fills the login form with user id and password. If these fields are valid then access the facilit ies of the Online Education otherwise generate an error message.
Course:

The Online Education provides the courses according to the program. The student wants to read which course can read.
Download:

The Online Education provides a facility to download the files of the details of the course, contents of the course, programs etc.

Examination:

The Online Education organizes a term end examination. If any student wants to face the exam after his completion of course can give exam. If his course duration is not complete then generate error message that his course duration is not complete.
Searching:

The user will be able to find the file he/she requires through the various files made available to the website by Administrator to the users. The system will show all the results available after search operation in a tabular form.
Other Non-Functional Requirements: Performance Requirement:

At any instance of time any number of users can access the website and download the information required.
Safety Requirements:

The responsibility of material to be shared lies with administrator and he will be responsible for the material which he uploads.
Security Requirements:

The safety part of the system will be based on the facilities provided by OS and the inherent security features provided by the operating system.
