Sub: Career with Shamel Concepts With reference to your application and the subsequent interview, we are pleased to issue this appointment letter for the post of Business Promoter (Trainee) on the following terms and conditions: 1) Effective Date of Appointment: You should report for duty on (Date) to the Human Resources Office of our Company at Cochin. 2) Job Assignment /Reporting You have to carry out the duties as required for your position. A Job description schedule will be issued to you if required in due course. Apart from this, you have to carry out any assignment given by your superiors from time to time according to the circumstance and necessacity. You have report to the undersigned/Admn. Officer or whomsoever he nominates. Your Duties and Responsibilities annexed herewith as annexure-1 3) Place of Posting

2 You will be posted at Malabar Zonal, Office at Kottackal ; your services are liable to be transferred to any of the Company establishments throughout India and abroad at any time. 4) Remuneration: a) Your monthly salary would be as per the Salary Sheet annexed herewith as Annexure-2 b) Increment: Increments will be based upon your performance and you will be entitled to the same if your performance is found to be satisfactory during the year of service in terms of efficiency, regularity, punctuality and discipline. Increments can be accelerated in case of exceptionally good performance. c) Leave Entitlement: You will be entitled for leave as per Company policy contained in Rules and Regulations formulated by SHAMEL CONCEPTS from time to time. 5) Probation:

The first three months you will be on probation and proven found satisfactory during the probation period, you will be confirmed in service by means of a written intimation. The Company reserves the rights The Company reserves the rights to reduce/ dispense with

or extend your probationary period at its absolute discretion. 6) Termination: During probation period your services can be terminated by SHAMEL CONCEPTS by giving 10 days written notice to you or payment of salary in lieu thereof. However, SHAMEL CONCEPTS may relieve you at any time during the notice period and without any compensation other than the payment of salary in lieu of the remaining period of notice b. After confirmation, SHAMEL CONCEPTS can terminate your services by giving 1 months written notice to you or payment of salary in lieu thereof. However, SHAMEL CONCEPTS may relieve you at any time during the notice period and without any compensation other than the payment of salary in lieu of the remaining period of notice. c. After confirmation, if you require leaving the Company you can do so by giving 1 months written notice or payment of notice pay in lieu of notice. If the exigencies of work so require, SHAMEL CONCEPTS may not relieve you earlier than the expiry of the entire period of notice. It shall, however, be open to SHAMEL CONCEPTS to accept your

3 resignation with effect from any date earlier than the one offered by you in your resignation letter at its sole discretion. d. SHAMEL CONCEPTS has the right to terminate your service without notice or payment of salary in lieu thereof if you commit any breach of your duties and responsibilities under this contract of service or are found guilty of any gross negligence or misconduct which contravenes the express or implied conditions of your service.
7) General Conditions: You will be bound by the following:

a. You will not engage in any trade or profession or undertake any employment, full or part-time, honorary or with remuneration or seek membership of any local public body(ies) while in the service of SHAMEL CONCEPTS without first obtaining written permission from the management of SHAMEL CONCEPTS. b. You will not engage in any unlawful or any subversive activity while in the service of SHAMEL CONCEPTS c. SHAMEL CONCEPTS will expect you to work in section/department in which you are placed with a high standard of initiative, efficiency and economy. d. You shall not, under any circumstances either directly or indirectly, receive or accept for own benefit any commission, rebate, discount, gift or profit of any nature from any person, company or firm having business transaction with SHAMEL CONCEPTS. e. You will, in all respects be governed by the rules and regulations applicable to your category of employees from time to time f. Should you remain absent from work, without reasonable explanation, for more than seven (7) consecutive days, it will be presumed that you are no longer interested in working for SHAMEL CONCEPTS and have abandoned its services, thereby terminating your contract of service. In such case, you will not be entitled to any compensation for the loss of service. 8) Non Disclosure Agreement You will not disclose by word of mouth or otherwise, particulars or details of business plans /trade secrets /finance /administration/ know how / and or any confidential information of business coming to your knowledge to outsiders by virtue of your being in the employment of SHAMEL CONCEPTS.

4 9) Acceptance If you accept the above terms and conditions of the service, please signify your acceptance on the duplicate copy of this appointment letter with in 7 days from the date of thereof otherwise this offer of employment will be deemed to have been withdrawn and cancelled. It includes maintain a team for marketing, Explore the Scope, Maintain good relation with Dealers, Customers etc... Leverage relationships to identify opportunities for business program expansion. Support

5 Regional team to pursue opportunities for growth, new initiatives, including proposal development, writing, submission and followup. Reporting to the Zonal Manager Marketing/ Marketing Manager (Kerala) and CEO as Head of Administration and undertake the following duties and responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the Smooth running of our Zonal Office and Showroom and Store. 2. Maximum Utilization of Marketing Trends in the Zonal Area. 3. Forecasting the Scope and Hindrances of Marketing. 4. Find out the Business Partners, Distributors, and Dealers etc as per the Marketing strategy of our Business Plan. 5. Perform duties assigned by the Board of Directors/CMD/CEO. 6. Supervise Day to day Operations of Showrooms and Godown.

Prepare Sales Budget Monthly and Periodically.
