Hamirpur (H.P) for the last fifteenth years. Sir, I have personally examined the revenue record of the aforesaid land in the office of Sub Registrar Hamirpur Distt. Hamirpur (H.P) and after due consideration I have to certify as under:1. That I have personally perused the revenue record of the aforesaid land in the office of sub Registrar Hamirpur(H.P.) pertaining to book No. 1 for the last 15 years w.e.f. 1.1.1995 till 15.03.2011 and it is found that the land is free all encumbrances, charges and lien and the applicants Rakesh Kumar, Prem Kumar, S/o Sh. Smt. Krishna Devi Widow Kartar Chand S/o Sh. Suba Ram is owner in possession of land measuring 1K-7M being share out of measuring 53k-16M share to be extent of 20/129 share i.e. 8 Kanal 7 Marlas and Khata No. 61 Khatouni No. 61 Khasra Kita 2 Total land 4 Kanals 8 Marlas to the extent of 20/129 i.e. 0 Kanal 14 Marlas as per Jamabandi 2004-05, land situated in Tika Bharin Mouza Mati Morin Tehsil & Distt. Hamirpur (H.P) for the last fifteenth years. Earlier the father of applicant Kartar Chand was recorded owner of the land in question.

2. That there is no claim of minors and thus the chain of title is complete in all respect. 3. That I confirm that there is no impediment in creating the mortgage as the title deeds are clear, marketable and fit for accepting the same as security by deposit of title deeds. 4. That the aforesaid land does not fall within the purview of H.P. Land ceiling and Regulations Act, 1976 or under any other land ceiling law. 5. That the aforesaid land has not been acquired by any authority under the provision of land Acquisition Act, 1894 and moreover no notification giving intention of acquisition of same has been issued in near future. I, hereby further certify that Sh. Rakesh Kumar, Prem Kumar, S/o Sh. Smt. Krishna Devi Widow Kartar Chand S/o Sh. Suba Ram R/O Vill. Barin Mouza Mati Morin, Tehsil & Distt. Sir, As requested, I have conducted the legal investigation of the title and made a search of record in the registration office and other office as required in the manner. I have answered all the queries in the special report which is enclosed. Chain of title relating to the property is complete as given in the Annexure hereto. I hereby certify that Sh. Amin Chand S/O Sh. Ranu R/O Vill. Bhater, Mouza Bhaleth Tehsil Sujanpur Distt. Hamirpur (H.P) has a clear, valid and marketable title over the above said property and he is competent to create the mortgage and a valid registered / equitable mortgage can be created. The search conducted by me for the period of last 13 years from w.e.f. 1.1.1993 till 2.2.2011 do not disclose any encumbrances. I find no defects in the title of the person offering the mortgage. Chain of Title
Earlier the property was owned by Ranu who succeeded the land from his father Sh. Teetlu. The land in question is ancestral and the applicant Amin Chand has inherited the land from his father Sh. Ranu and the applicant is owner of land measuring 6k-8m out of 34 Kanals. The applicant has also got the share of his mother Smt. Mansha Devi wide mutation No. 187 and thereafter the applicant also succeeded the share of his sister vide mutation No. 191 out of khata No. 12,13 and 34. Thus the applicant is owner in possession of the property/ land to the extent of 6 Kanals 8 marlas, as per Jamabandi 2003-04, situated in Mahal Bhater, Mouza Bhaleth Tehsil Sujanpur Distt.
