Roll Bar Vehicle Coverage for most USA sold Domestic and Import Pickup Trucks from 1973-2011. Part numbers referenced on www.truckrollbar.com are specific to the Pickup Truck model shown and may include custom options. All Truck Roll Bar packages shown can be built for other Pickup Truck makes. However, please note that the overall appearance and styling on one truck may not look good when applied to another.

Due to its completed ready to install size, this product is too large to travel with any small package service and must be shipped by a contracted and insured Motor Freight Carrier. Motor freight cost quoted will be for a commercial address delivery without lift gate service (Please Note: commercial business address delivery without lift gate service is least expensive. Sterling Equipment & Mfg. Co. of Central Florida, Inc. is not responsible for items damaged in transit. Merchandise damaged (visible and/or concealed) or lost in transit is the sole responsibility of the contracted MOTOR FREIGHT CARRIER, who is bonded and insured for less than perfect transport of your roll bar. Upon your merchandises arrival, verify the number of pieces and note any exterior damage or shortages on the freight bill. If there is physical damage to the packaging (holes, tears, crushed parts, etc..) we strongly encourage you to open and inspect the contents BEFORE SIGNING THE FREIGHT BILL!! If you find the content damaged , REFUSE THE SHIPMENT AS DAMAGED (Doing so now will ensure the motor freight carrier's responsibility and will allow for a quick replacement from Sterling Equipment). All merchandise leaves Sterling Equipment in perfect condition, in new packaging, steel strapped down to a custom wood shipping pallet, and with a correct piece count. You, as the purchaser, are liable for any product(s) found to be damaged after signing for freight "In Good Order". If you discover merchandise damage after signing for the freight bill, please obtain a (VISIBLE and/or CONCEALED) DAMAGE CLAIM FORM from the delivering MOTOR FREIGHT CARRIER and file with the MOTOR FREIGHT CARRIER all damage claims immediately!! We will assist you in furnishing any information you may need to file a claim. For lost merchandise in transit (partial shipment and complete) we will need the name on the order, and the date ordered to trace the shipment.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All roll bars are built to order, at time of order, for the specified stock vehicle: guaranteed. Check fit all products prior to custom painting or any other form of fabrication (sanding, drilling, blasting, painting, chroming, welding, wiring, etc.). Sterling Equipment, et. al., will not warranty any products which were modified prior to check fitting those parts on the intended vehicle. (Should you have any problem installing a Sterling Equipment product, please contact Sterling Equipment for technical assistance BEFORE any modification.) Merchandise may be returned within 14 days upon arrival only for reason of manufacturing defect, or shipping error and is limited to full replacement. All other returns are subject to Sterling Equipment, et. al., discretion, and approval. All returns must be pre-authorized by Sterling Equipment, et. al... Product is to be repackaged in original or equally suitable packaging, proof of purchase enclosed, and returned to Sterling Equipment et. al.-- shipping cost prepaid (motor freight prepaid). Shipments sent "freight collect" will not be accepted, unless pre-authorized by Sterling Equipment et. al.. Refunds are limited to the invoiced selling price of the product only, no refunds on the motor freight costs are possible.
RETURNED GOODS POLICY:
Sterling Equipment & Manufacturing Co. of Central Florida, Inc., 803 Line St., Umatilla, Florida for a period of one (1) year after the date of the original purchase warrants that the merchandise specifically manufactured by Sterling Equipment & Manufacturing Co. of Central Florida, Inc., will be free from defects in workmanship and materials (EXCEPT EXTERIOR FINISH). This warranty shall not be extended to any piece of merchandise, or part thereof which has been subject to improper installation, consumer modification, misuse or neglect. This warranty is limited to replacing or repairing any parts which are defective, and are returned to Sterling Equipment & Manufacturing of Central Florida, Inc., with proof of purchase date, shipping costs prepaid. Prior to replacement or repair, verbal, and or written authorization must be obtained from Sterling Equipment & Manufacturing of Central Florida, Inc.. Failure to get such authorization prior to having warranty work performed will immediately void all applicable warranties, and it is then the sole responsibility of the consumer to remit any payment incurred. This warranty gives you specific legal rights.
