SL NO 1 DESCRIPTION a) VRF UNITS & CASSETTE INDOOR IDU S SITC of TOSHIBA make VRF (SMMS) super Modular multi system condensing unit with Hermetically sealed rotary type compressor. Aircooled condenser, high efficiency/high output DC fan motor with accessories, Microprocessor control panel, safety controls, suitable for ambient condition and designed for operating with HFC (R410) with BMS Protocol modes &interface for RS 485 connection. And 4 - way cassette type indoor unit complete with 20 micron air filters, fan section with forward curved multi blade centrifugal blower, variable speed TEFC single phase fan motor, condensate drain, electrical wiring, and communication wiring, including codeless remote controller. Connections for condensate drain to the drain piping network by cpvc pipe, vibration isolation pads for ODU s,For refrigerant piping, phosphorous de oxidation seamless hard drawn copper tubing with bends, tees, sockets, refnet connections. All the lines shall be insulated with 19mm thick nitrile rubber sleeve, exposed refrigerant piping on the terrace shall be protected for weather changes and against the mechanical damage. KITCHEN EXHAUST STSTEM FOR MESS-3

Design supply installation testing and commissioning of kitchen exhaust system suitable for MESS 3 kitchen. The exhaust blower unit shall be centrifugal with backward curved blower- both statically and dynamically balanced. Impeller and housing shall be made out of heavy gauge steel having capacity 6000 cfm/960 rpm for fresh air and 12000 cfm/960 rpm for exhaust, coupled with 5HP and 7.5 HP TEFC induction motors respectively with electrical wiring and suitable capacity starters. The unit shall installed on antivibration mountings. The suction end of fresh air inlet shall be provided with necessary chambers with washable synthetic 20 micron filters. The exhaust ducting designed for optimum velocity. All ducts shall be fabricated with GI sheet confirming IS: 277 and the duct construction shall follow IS: 655 specification for metal air ducts . Duct shall be 1 no stiffened by cross breaking at300mm centres for duct up to 600mm longest side and 150mm centre for above 600mm longest side. All duct shall be totally free from vibration under all condition of operation .Where duct work connecting to the blower units, duct shall be provided with weather proof, fire resistant, flexible double canvas connections located close to the unit. All supply/exhaust ducting outlets/inlets shall be fitted with volume control dampers. Kitchen exhaust island hoods fabricated using stainless steel seamless finish in accordance with industrial standards. Hoods shall be with front overhang to capture maximum cooking effluent fumes & hot air, provided with grease filters, condensate oil drain tray, bleed holes for oil discharge and all are easily cleanable.
