Projects undertaken

Project 1: Automated Library Management System

Development environment: C language with file handling.

Description: This project consisted of task to develop an application
which can be used to automate the various activities spanning a library. For
this, the main functional areas of a library store were identified, categorized
and captured into the functionality of the application. The application provides
a simple menu based user interface and provides easy access to both storage
and retrieval of data.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of the requirements and then identifying the functionality of

the system.
• Breaking the overall system into different small modules.
• Coding the modules for which I was responsible.
• Unit testing the modules developed by me and System Testing whole
of the application.

Project 2: Online Examination System

Development environment: Developed using Java,JSP,Javascript using

Apache Tomcat and Jdk1.5.
Description: Online examination system is a software solution developed for
facilitating automation of examination. The software provides an intuitive
interface to get registered and conduct examination and see results for exact
assesment.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of the requirements and then identifying the functionality of

the system.
• Breaking the overall system into different small modules.
• Coding the modules for which I was responsible.
• Unit testing the modules developed by me and System Testing whole
of the application.
• Preparation of project documents.
