iod. Conduct successful job seeking skills program and developed and utilized a
Business Advisory Council to aid in meeting placement goals.

Develop new products and merchandising/promotion techniques, implement cost redu
ctions, plan trade and market introductions for growing $13M home textile divisi
on. 1992 sales increased 25% over previous year.
1985-1989 Assistant Director of Marketing and Research, Bright of America
Research, analyze and plan product mix for six gift catalogs in school fundraisi
ng market. This includes a direct-mail survey of customers to determine product
sales mix for catalogs. Effectively increase number of in-house manufactured pr
oducts for better inventory control. Negotiate several successful artwork/child
rens character licensing agreements and coordinated introduction of licensed pro
