Dissertation Guidelines for Aug. 2009-11 Batch Students

1. All students have to discuss and finalise their Dissertation topics


in consultation with their
Area chair / faculty guides before end of Term VII

2. The Dissertation is scheduled from 11 April 2011 - 6 June 2011.


Students have to be in continuous contact with their faculty
guides either in person, E mail or over phone to update the
progress of their work. The contact between the student and the
faculty guides will be at least once a week. Faculty will keep a
record of such contacts and monitor the work in progress of the
students under them.

3. Students are to ensure that their Email ids and contacts are
available with the faculty guides

The time period for dissertation is 11 April 2011 - 6 June 2011


Schedule of Activities:
1) Synopsis Submission :16 April
2011

2) First Report Submission :18 April 2011

3) Second Report Submission : 2 May 2011

4) Third Report Submission : 16 May


2011

5) Fourth Report Submission : 30 May


2011

6) Draft Report Submission : 7 June 2011
