Analysis:
Out come:
1. One can foresee the fate of the other neglected departments which were never
considered “role model”.
2. Urdu is being used more than three times greater then the English
3. There was more “Nonsense than English”
4. Recommended books written by foreign authors were ridiculously translated into
the mix of multiple languages leading to more nonsense outcome
Recommendations:
• Vice Chancellor should appoint a competent person for the growth and
development of the faculty members.
• An accountability process should be placed in the department
• Hiring process should not be based on just “grades”, as this could be
manipulated at any level of the examinations at BZU
• An effective feedback system with all the stakeholders involved should be
made available to the students
• Faculty exchange program with other top universities of Pakistan
The meeting was conducted by the worthy vice chancellor in Urdu. The moment this
research was shared, he started using English Language. All the faculty members noticed
it and had smile on their faces thus acknowledging the importance of this unique kind of
research in the history of IMS.
