more than $500 million in state IT procurements. Served as In-House Chief Counse
l providing legal advice and counsel to the Chief Technology Officer for the Sta

for new information technology spending before submission to the Office of Manag
ement and Budget. The IT Governing Board consists of a Chair, appointed by and s
erving at the pleasure of the Governor, the Chief Technology Officer, the State
