KEY CONTRIBUTIONS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
* Eliminated over $800,000 in backorders and achieved year-over-year cost reduct
ions of $1.8 million. Improved on-time shipments from 78% to 98%, reduced lead t
imes from 16 to 8 weeks, decreased staff by 15%, and improved inventory turns by
60%.
* Secured TUV 13485 certifications at all 6 locations and implemented Lean/Sigma
Process Excellence. Achieved full regulatory and environmental compliance.
* Developed and launched new product platforms from concept to market. Worked wi
th cross-functional teams from major medical suppliers, including Johnson & John
son, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic.
* Closed and relocated 5,000 sq. ft., $4.5 million product sales operations with
zero effect on customer service, subsequently capturing ~$750,000 savings.
* Spearheaded completion of process and capital/capacity upgrades to meet increa
sed customer demands, with upgrades ranging from $10,000 to over $1 million.

* Directed bill of materials, engineering changes, purchasing, production, quali
ty and shipping functions (import /export) of domestic and foreign contract supp
liers.
* Established Installation/Service Center in the United Kingdom to support sales
/service of largest single customer base, with over 400+ stores.
