* Create a professional construction wing for a long-established real-estate dev
elopment company. In this capacity:
* Vet JV partners, architects, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, etc. th
roughout all cities where company is purchasing or already owns property.
* Make judgments as to constructability and development of specific properties i
n approximately 10 cities, including Philadelphia
* Oversee all aspects of a project from acquisition of the property through deve
lopment, construction and final sale.
