For Northrop Grumman at U.S. Postal Service: Responsible for recruiting resource
s, then coordinating the hiring paperwork process to include high level Postal s
ecurity clearance and Federal government background checks, that ensured all con
tractual and administrative paperwork requirements were met within 15 days of re
ceipt of an opening to secure and guarantee placement of consulting resources.
