r for that was 4 weeks behind schedule. Worked above and beyond regularly sche
duled hours and typical job scope in order to successfully managed both the tran
sition and required work to successfully complete the project on time and within
budget.
* At the request of the project sponsor and design professional, I reviewed proj
ect plans, project specifications, and shop drawings before initiating construct
ion. Upon completion of the review, I identified and prevented critical project
issues prior to construction initiation which resulted in saving the project ov
er $22,000.
