The Grand Bellagio and The Grand Venezia at Baywatch located Clearwater Florida
were the dream of Christopher Delgudice and his wife Fazaria. This community was
built on the idea of offering primary residents and second homes with the lifes
tyle and amenities of a luxurious waterfront resort.
This community of over 650 condominiums and manor homes offered one, two and thr
ee bedroom residences with prices starting at $250,000 to $750,000. It not only
offered the beauty of Mediterranean -inspired architecture and beautiful open vi
ews of Tampa Bay but elite concierge services including; Bay side spa services,
Swedish,Reflexogoly and aromatherapy massages, Limousine services, car and boat
detailing,party,fishing and pleasure cruises. Dry cleaning services, catering an
d party planning, a Beauty Salon and Nail salon, Personal instructor for tennis,
fitness, kayaking or canoeing. VIP suites and guest accommodations.
This community was unlike any other in the area an quickly gained the attention
