nter Data from PPP-Displaced Employees Program, Certification processing, and or
recruitment actions that apply to Human Resource Regulation and Federal code CF
R.
Review, verify and compile salary of selectees through pay memo approval, budget
control and funds management. Ensure chain of signing authority is in agreemen
t and salary is within compliance standards. Order supplies to include office e
quipment, computer software, paper goods and all other requested items within th
e WHS budget. Point of contact for multiple gaining and losing Federal agencies
. Routine contact with various Federal Government agencies, Navy, Air Force and
Army to request complete and compile transitioning of Federal Employees. Key Ind
ividual for supportive OSD Federal agencies and work groups.
Provide technical advisory, advice and guidance on a full range of staffing, hir
ing flexibilities, recruitment Incentives, classification, and pay administratio
n, employee benefits (TSP, Non Federal Credit Leave, retirement, pay issues, and
administrative procedures to various Offices of the Secretary of Defense (OSD)
and Washington Headquarter Services clients (WHS) Technical ability to provide i
mplementation and training in a range of civilian personnel support services. Ap
point schedule B employees, verify official transcripts.
Advise, Interpreting policies and procedures for agencies supported such as (Int

Responsible for organizing and processing all Military, Navy and Air Force CAO t

es and timelines.
Develop, initiate and innovate work around solutions for Entry on Duty sessions.
