National Bulk Equipment Holland, MI - Contract July-Aug 2009. Electrical Control
s Engineer
* Preformed the final PLC/HMI testing and checkout of large bulk weigh scale sys
tems.
* Did AutoCAD updates with 2009 electrical for equipment building.
* Worked a total of 6 weeks.
Weight Right ASC. Joliet, IL - August 2007 to May 2009. Electrical Controls Lea
d Engineer
* Designed the entire product dispensing weight scale machines to customer needs
.
* AutoCAD Electrical 2009 software was used to create the electrical controls st
andards of schematics, cabinet layouts, and bill of materials. This provided a c
orrect and complete drawing package for easier production and purchasing.
* Modified the configurable PLC program to allow for faster implementation of th
e system and easier trouble shooting. This decreased the time from 20 hours to 5
hours to implement.
* Automation Direct HMI, PLC's, co-processors, load cell and analog software wer
e integrated into a complete process scale system.
* Performed the final test of the units before final shipping to ensure complete
functional operation.
* Worked with management and production to ensure an on time and within budget d
elivery.
AIDCO INT. Adrian, MI - February 2006 to August 2007. Electrical Controls Team L

f 4 people to build robotic palletizing cells.
* Implemented new standards to ease the consistency and repeatability of the cel
ls.
* Directed the team to design, implement, and commission projects with 20% bette
r speed and accuracy.
* Selected, interfaced and controlled: metal detectors, conveyors, palletizers a
nd stretch wrappers into a complete turnkey process system.
* Ensured that the category 3 safety standards of the robotic cell were met for
personnel safety.
* Created sortation conveyor software for a multi cell material handling system
to provide for more sales.
