- Foreman from Sept.2006 - Feb.2009: Managed and ran job sites and crews, kept d
aily logs of project progress and conversations, inspected quality of work, sche
duled inspections and sub-contractors, conducted tool and safety inspections, cr
eated projected time lines, sought after for my opinion in hiring or firing pers
onnel as well as which project assignments based on skill sets.
- Lead Carpenter from Feb.2006 -Sept. 2006: Managed and ran job sites and crews
in foreman and supervisor's absence, began scheduling and supervising sub-contr
actors, created and ordered lumber and material lists to keep jobs moving forwar
d, set up deliveries and rented equipment for job sites, taught new carpenters a
nd labors new tasks to broaden their skill sets.

forces by conducting convoys hauling various classes of cargo and personnel.
OIF I & II Feb.2003 - Aug.2004: Rank - E-5 Sergeant; During Unit's mobilizatio
n, was selected to be the Assistant Training NCO for the platoon consisting of 3
4 soldiers. Conducted classes: Land Navigation, (PLGR), tactical marches, rifle
marksmanship, first aid, medevac request(UXO) Unexploded Ordinance identificati

OIF 09-11 Mar.2009 - Mar.2010: Rank - E-6 Staff Sergeant; Squad Leader, given re
sponsibility over 10 soldiers and over 1 million dollars of military equipment.
Provide training and care for Junior NCO's and Soldiers as well as coordinated
safety and work operations. Conducted logistical convoy patrols hauling, vehicl
es, equipment, ammunitions, food/water, and various supplies over two of the mos
t dangerous routes in Iraq. Was responsible for the transportation of XXX tons
of cargo in excess of XXX miles . Provide advice to Platoon Sergeant and act as
Platoon representative for 43 soldiers while Platoon Sergeant is unavailable.
Conduct meetings and pass information down to Soldiers. Currently have a Secret
Security Clearance, and handle secret information on a daily basis.
Licensing instructor for 6 years on driving (M915) Armored Freightliner tractor
and 40 ft trailer, (PLS) Palletized Load System, 5 axle vehicle and trailer wit
