Worked and reported directly to the president and performed various duties, incl
uding developing and preparing an annual business plan; managing cost of labor,
factory supply expenses, and internal scrap costs; utilizing and complying with
ISO 9000 Quality Standards; minimizing OSHA recordable injuries through facilita
