Programmer. I worked on the programming team at Intertec Publishing. Responsib
ilities include maintaining the Access Databases for a company program called PC
Lookup, which included all magazine subscribers and demographics. While on the
Help Desk provided telephone, email and in person support for hardware and softw
are. Was the training administrator to the List Rental, Schedulers, and Credit
Departments, and also served as support for tradeshow personal in Denver, Colora
do and Sanford, Connecticut, built Access Database upgrades and version changes
for those Departments. AS/400 Operations updates for the PCLookup system. Did
AS/400, DB2/400, COBOL, CL, SQL, and some RPG coding and testing on all requests
. Primary responsibility was maintaining the Access Databases and the NT Serve
r where the Databases reside. Other responsibilities, were working with other g
roups in the company on AS/400 & Access to help with any problems that occurred.
Often repairing and maintaining programs, adding new code retrieving data from
libraries and other databases to create new databases, and retrieving data for
audits for the company. With the Group I mailing software team responsible for s
etting up, printing, and bar coding labels, also worked on the Production Schedu
lers Team. Responsibilities included building new queries for magazine issue ru
ns, work order requests, reader service inquiries and requests, uploading and do
wnloading disc through Data transfer system, coding and testing on various reque
sts. Primary responsibility is working on the work order requests.

ronment doing backups and downloads for those environments, running jobs for pri
nting. Also sent files by satellite communication to the Express Scripts. I work
