the appropriate level to participate in the decision making process and improved
morale in an organization including more than 75 contracts and 170 employees in
2 counties in the areas of Children and Families, Nutrition and Prevention/Inte
rvention.
- Acquired substantial experience developing, managing and reporting on ag
ency programs and budgets in excess of 10 million.
- Worked with a 13-member board of directors and management staff to devel
op a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan that included a name change and rebrand
ing of the organization.

establishing a succession plan for top management.

- Developed a comprehensive service delivery system for child care program
s that included family eligibility, child care provider payments and referrals t

fully secured a low interest loan from USDA to finish construction.
