The word Taoshobuddha comes from three words, ‘tao,’ ‘sho,’ and ‘Buddha’.
The word Tao was coined by the Chinese master, Lau Tzu. It means “that”
which is and cannot be put into words. It is unknown and unknowable. It
can only be experienced and not expressed in words. Its magnanimity
cannot be condensed into finiteness. The word Sho implies, that which is
vast like the sky and deep like an ocean and carries within its womb a
treasure. It also means one on whom the existence showers its blessings.
And lastly the word Buddha implies the Enlightened One; one who has
arrived home.

Thus, Taoshobuddha implies one who is existential, on whom the existence

showers its blessings and one who has arrived home. The Enlightened One!
You will be surprised that if you do not choose, instead remain in a
Choiceless Awareness, your life will start expressing something which is
beyond both positive and negative. In fact it is higher than both. So you
are not going to be a loser. It is not going to be negative. Also it is not
going to be positive either. Instead it is going to be EXISTENTIAL.

- Taoshobuddha

One has to work with both the body and the mind simultaneously. The
body should be trained through Yogic Methodology, and the mind through
Awareness. You will require more awareness if you practice yoga because
things will become more subtle. If you are angry, you can ordinarily
become aware of it because it is so gross. But if you practice pranayama,
you will need more awareness, and more sensitivity to be aware of anger,
because now the anger will become even more subtle. The body is not
cooperating with it so there will be no physical expression of it at all. You
will remain mentally angry. Your musculature will become that of anger.
