My education and experience have allowed me the opportunity to integrate the theoretical with the practical aspects of business administration. Through the years, I have been given the opportunity to use my abilities and exp ertise in several settings to provide growth, as well as operational and financi al stabilization. Development of new service lines and the functional and physic al abilities of the organizations to provide those services have been accomplish ed under my administrative oversight. I have been able to help organizations inc rease revenues and market share, improve efficiency, and decrease cost in almost every case. My strengths are in organizational development and planning. I have taken many f acilities through the pains of making necessary changes to build up the organiza tion and to discern and develop the strengths of those who will take the organiz ation forward. My style of leadership is relational with the team, getting to kn ow the team and building trust that translates into commitment to the organizati on and its success. My desire is to obtain a position that affords me the opportunity to use my skil ls and talents to assist the organization I join to improve the marketability of the services provided, improve the quality of those services, and to build futu re financial growth and stability in an ever changing environment.
