SECRETARY OF STATE’S FOREWORD

Alliances are an important part of the White House

culture and have been ever since it was created. Through
alliances friendships are made and through friendships
come joy. The White House has experienced much joy
from all of its allies. With Alliances bringing more than
just essentially joy they bring other things, they bring
capabilities for the future, such as new defensive
techniques, more trading abilities and so much more.

Expanding and retaining allies is one important thing that any

leading organisation must have. The ability share and expand our
network with others that share our same thoughts for the future as
we do.

Being the Secretary of State I have a large control over how the
alliances are decided upon and worked out in the White House.
Sometimes fun and other times hard work but always moving
forward.

Through all of this I give permission and am proud to publish this

‘2011 White House Alliance Report’. Enclosed are current statistics,
information and recommendations all regarding the White House
alliance current procedures.

Executive Summary
This report outlines the White House alliance structure, including,
current and ex alliances, recent alliance movement, points of concern
or alarm and all other key points with the main topic of Foreign
relations.

The idea of this report is to give cabinet the ability to make informed
decisions about the topic of alliances. And to give insight to all
cabinet about where the White House stands in the Foreign Relations
sector.

None of the information expressed in this version is to be shared out

of the Cabinet (information can be shared with, Chief Justice, Speaker
of the House, Pro Temp and DoSS, these are the ONLY exceptions). The
information contained in this document is classified and to share any
of this information would be considered as act of treason and is
punishable by minimum 14-day suspension.

Alliances Overview

Active Alliances (as of 30/05)

This is a list of our current allies in brief a more detailed report on
the individual ally will be in the next few pages.
- <UK>
- Elite Police Force
- British Army
- CIA (Special SWAT Police)

At current these are our only allies. We are different and have unique
relationships with each of our different allies. As well as that we have
different interests with each of our allies. For example we like to
watch <UK> and make sure that they are ally for their very strong
and intact military base. EPF is good to hold onto for their numbers,
with members exceeding 40,000. BA and CIA are both close friends
and ex member f the White House which both bring forward good
armies as well as sentimental value.

As well as current alliances that the White House has made we would
also like to point out that we have had an interest in forging an
alliance with Q7’s group. Although they seem to be informal, they are
a very ‘well off’ army and have contacts with all of the hotel’s richest
Habbos. They are one to hold close, as they could be useful to us in
many ways, financially and even diplomatically.

Also to add that one of our closest allies has recently closed down due
to many reasons, the SS Public statement says that due to inactivity
that he has had to close down. But through our contacts and research
we now know that there were many issues amongst his ‘inner circle’
members. Causing tension and in the end the disbandment of the
Shadow Syndicate.

<UK>
The UK has been an ally of the White House for long time. They have
been constant with their approach to the White House. Friendly and
kind although recently discovered at one point the Intelligence
gathering part of UK was using our White House as a training ground.
This has since been ceased.

We know that the Mi6 group of UK is a devious bunch that is pretty

good at what they do. Since the incident in March we have been
watching them closely with their Mi6 numbers doubling. Although as
they are allies this should not be seen as a threat yet merely
something to watch with caution.

Apart from these ups and downs we have the UKs support in
Wartime (even though we do not approve of wars).

Elite Police Force

The Elite Police force is an ally definitely not of benefits. The EPF is
one of the most unorganised groups on the Hotel but they always
seem to pull massive amounts of users. The main benefit of being a
part of the EPF is simply for get exposure within the EPF HQ in an
attempt to get some of their members to our HQ. As well as giving us
a powerful ally as alliance with EPF is not easy to get.

We have never really had any drama with EPF and their ‘Top
Management’ is not very easy to contact. So the EPF alliance is one
that we have grown with over time.

British Army
The British Army is a good army. Reasonably well-trained nice head
quarters. Pretty much a basic habbo army. They are also new to us an
ally. They were made allies not myself but by the current Vice
President (::.::sam::.::). They have been nice and active with the White
House though, offering and inviting us to join their community
events. Such as COD matches, Habbo games etc.

Strategically our alliance with BA is one that is good. They have

members and they are willing to defend us as an ally.

CIA (Special SWAT Police)

Alliance with CIA (Special SWAT Police) was a request of the
President. Since then they opened they have had not much
development with little success. Without much communication the
alliance between CIA (Special SWAT Police) and the White House is
one full of the basics. If we need their help they help, and if they need
help, we’ll we think about it.
