2001 - 2003 - Broadband Technician

* My role was to assist new broadband internet customers in self-installing and
configuring the hardware and software necessary to create a DSL internet connec
tion. I logged and tracked all calls and made follow up calls when necessary.

* This position required a great deal of patience and persistence as most of the
customers had very little knowledge of computers.
