ter transformation and migration/relocation solutions for companies in the US an

Global Services, a major teleconferencing provider, based in Atlanta, GA that in
cluded a comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plan for their
main teleconferencing center in Colorado, with future plans for other mission cr
itical business locations in the US and Canada.
* Successfully managed 1200 device / three facility data center consolidation an
d migration for BayCare Health System in Clearwater, FL to Tampa, FL.
* Managed successful development of a multi-city failover and disaster recover s
trategy with proof of concept for AMN Healthcare in San Diego, CA
* Successfully managed $4.9M data center and facility relocation and infrastruct
ure enhancement for Syniverse technologies in Tampa, FL.
* Created PMO organization for Verizon Information Technologies (VIT).
* Developed, implemented, and managed technology refresh program for VIT. Negot
iated with selected vendors and was able to save the organization over $0.5 M in
OPEX and $0.1M in CAPEX.
